To support training and education we run free community events , are home to medical learners and students and continually encourage our staff teams to never stop learning.
Medical Learners and Students
HHCC is host to medical learners and students in other health disciplines such as nursing and physiotherapy.
We are committed to providing educational opportunities that support the development of future health care professionals and proud to be affiliated with Colleges and Universities across Ontario.
HHCC provides post-secondary education placement opportunities to several disciplines. Currently, we do not offer job shadowing, co-op or observation opportunities for high school students.
We are passionate about training and education and pleased to say that many students that learn here eventually chose to work here.

Professional Development
At HHCC we never stop learning how to provide you – our patients, families and caregivers - with the best possible care. Our staff and physicians receive training and education on an ongoing basis as part of their professional development.
