Service Update

Headwaters Health Care Centre continues to deal with the impacts of a significant water leak that occurred within the building on Monday, April 13.

At this time, water to the building remains turned off.

Headwaters is working closely with local emergency services to support the ongoing response and ensure patient and staff safety.

Current impacts:

  • Several clinics and services have been temporarily reduced, cancelled or rescheduled to ensure patient safety 
  • Ambulance Bay and main ED entrance remain temporarily closed: patients and visitors are being redirected to enter/exit through the Main Entrance 
  • Cafeteria and Pulse Cafe remain closed 
  • Headwaters remains on redirect for obstetrics (OBS) and surgery, and modified redirect for the Emergency Department
