Beginning May 27, 2026, patients and caregivers will notice a refreshed new look and
improved navigation within my health care patient portal.
The updated portal experience is designed to make commonly used features easier to
access and improve the overall user experience.
Enhancements include:
• Combined reports and results views
• Easier switching between patient accounts
• Improved navigation and clearer clickable links
• Easier access to appointment information and instructions
• External links opening in a new browser tab
Existing login information will remain the same. Patients and caregivers do not need to
create a new account.
More information and updated portal resources will be available following the launch.
Login to Office 365 using your HHCC email and password (this is the same email you use to unlock your computer) to access your HHCC email, documents or intranet.
