Who We Are

Headwaters Health Care Centre is at the heart of medical services for the Greater Dufferin area and a major employer in the region.

Located in Orangeville, Headwaters operates as an acute and complex continuing care facility, offering both inpatient and outpatient services, as well as an Emergency Department with 24/7 coverage. With over 700 staff and over 160 physicians, the hospital is accredited with Exemplary Standing by Accreditation Canada.
 

Become a member of HHCC

Our membership program encourages community participation to support the hospital's ongoing development. Your support will help ensure that the necessary health services are in place to provide you with the care you need close to home.

To become a member, you must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the Dufferin County-Caledon area for a minimum of three months.

Member benefits
  • Opportunity to serve on a Board Committee
  • Elect members to the Board of Directors
  • Vote on By-law changes
  • Appoint Auditors
  • Receive information on hospital activities and events
Member fees

Membership runs from April 1 – March 31 each year.
  • Individual membership is $25
  • Spousal (two memberships) is $40
To become a member, complete our application form and submit it with payment before March 31 each year. Membership forms must be completed in order to participate in voting and election at our Annual General Meeting.
