We have created a Multi-Year Accessibility Plan and Accessibility Policy as a framework for our standards, activities and goals. This plan involves our entire team; from patients and families to volunteers and staff.
All entrances, parking lots, elevators, hallways and most washrooms are accessible.
TTY (teletypewriter or text phone) phones are available to assist the deaf and hearing impaired as well. Your health care team can help you obtain one from Switchboard.
