Headwaters Health Care Centre is committed to conducting its activities with integrity, accountability and transparency. Our Whistle Blower Policy provides a confidential process for individuals to raise good-faith concerns regarding suspected wrongdoing, including concerns related to financial, legal, ethical, safety or operational matters.

Individuals who raise concerns in good faith are protected from reprisal, and confidentiality will be maintained to the extent possible and appropriate.
