Fiscal Accountability

Service Accountability Agreements set out the rights and obligations of Headwaters Health Care Centre  and Ontario Health and their performance expectations for the funding provided by the province of Ontario. ​​

Headwaters Health Care Centre is funded by the Province of Ontario in accordance with funding policies established by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, Cancer Care Ontario, and the Central West Local Health Integration Network (CW-LHIN).    ​​

The hospital sites are required to annually execute the Hospital Services Accountability Agreement (H-SAA) and the Multi-sector Services Accountability Agreement (M-SAA) with the CW-LHIN.  These agreements sets out the rights and obligations of the two parties and performance expectations for the funding provided.​​
