With the holiday season upon us, ensure you are prepared for your care needs:

 

  • Know you doctor's holiday hours.
  • Know the hours of your local walk-in clinic.
  • Schedule any needed medical appointment.
  • Discuss your care plan with your care team and know how to reach them.
  • Get your flu shot and your COVID-19 vaccine or booster. 
  • Refill your medications and medical supplies so that you don't run out. 
  • Know where to go for care in the community if your care needs are urgent.
