Other ways to pay your bill

• Online: banking with your financial institution by adding Headwaters Health Care Centre as a payee (remove the “/” from the Headwaters account number).
• In person: at major Canadian banks (remove the “/” from the Headwaters account number)
• By mail (cheque or money order): Patient Accounts, 100 Rolling Hills Drive, Orangeville, Ontario, L9W 4X9
• Over the phone (credit card): (519) 941.2410 x2202
• In person: Cheques or money orders can be dropped off in one of our two blue locked mailboxes at our Registration Office in the Welcome Centre or at our Switchboard desk. Credit card or cash payments can be made at our Patient Accounts office, located in the Joan and Paul Waechter Welcome Centre (main lobby of the hospital). Open Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 3:30PM (closed for lunch from 12:00PM - 1:00PM). Payments can be made after hours at Switchboard.
