Accessing Your Images and Reports
Your diagnostic imaging reports are sent directly to the healthcare provider who referred you for your exam. You can also access your results online through my health care for reports, or PocketHealth for both images and reports.
We encourage you to review your imaging results with your healthcare provider, who can help explain the findings and answer any questions you may have.
My Health Care

my health care is a secure online patient portal that gives you access to your health records from Headwaters and our partner hospitals: Collingwood General and Marine Hospital (CGMH), Georgian Bay General Hospital (GBGH - Midland) and Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH - Barrie).
You can view upcoming appointments, pre-register, update your personal information, review your visit history, and access results and physician reports.

PocketHealth
Patients can access, store, and share their medical imaging records using PocketHealth.
PocketHealth provides you with a unique passcode that will allow you to:
- Instantly access your imaging records anytime, on any device
- Share your imaging in full diagnostic quality with your physician or specialist
- Permanently and safely store your records. Strong privacy and encryption protocols keep your medical information as secure as your banking information
