Headwaters Health Care Centre’s 2025 Annual Awards Ceremony Celebrates People and Achievements

ORANGEVILLE, ON - June 25, 2025 – Headwaters Health Care Centre’s Annual Awards Ceremony celebrated the hospital’s achievements and recognized teams and departments who made significant contributions to the hospital and community in the past year.

At the annual event held at Headwaters Health Care Centre on June 24, President and CEO Kim Delahunt said, "It is truly inspiring to be part of such a dedicated and talented team—individuals who bring their best to Headwaters every day in service of our patients, families, and community. Our hospital is a trusted place of care, and that trust is built on the deep relationships we have nurtured with those we serve. It is a privilege to be part of a team that continues to honour that trust through kindness, respect, accountability, and teamwork. As we look to the future, we remain committed to advancing patient-centred care through innovation, collaboration, and investment in the tools and technologies that will shape tomorrow’s healthcare."

The Annual Awards also marks the release of the hospital’s 2024-2025 Annual Report and audited Financial Statements from the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. This year, the hospital reported a small deficit due to increases in base funding, new one-time investments related to salaries and inflationary costs that outpaced additional funding received.
