Centre Launches Speakers Service
Orangeville, ON, March 2, 2010 –
Headwaters Health Care Centre
has launched a Speakers Bureau to promote health care and organizational
information. “Our informative and educational sessions cover a wide
range of topics including health issues for men, women and seniors,
prevention and active living,” says Cholly Boland, President and CEO,
Headwaters Health Care Centre.
Organizations interested in having a guest speaker talk to their group
about health care issues and education can choose from a variety of
topical health care issues including: Living Healthy with Diabetes; High
Blood Pressure – what do the numbers mean?; Organ & Tissue donation; Get
Stroke Smart – warning signs and prevention; the warning signs of
domestic and sexual assault; as well as topics on volunteering and using
quality and LEAN methodologies in an organization. The hospital’s
Speakers’ Bureau offers the community an opportunity to hear from and
ask questions of hospital experts.
