Dufferin County EMS Response Times

Dufferin County EMS responded to approximately 5000 calls in the year 2010, with more than 50% being emergency or life-threatening. Dufferin County EMS is committed to improving and optimizing response times twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week.

We have a staff of 34 full time, 18 part-time, 1 Chief, 1 Deputy Chief, 1 Fleet and Quality Assurance Representative and 1 Administrative Assistant.  Presently, we have 8 fully equipped ambulances and 2 EFR (Emergency First Response Unit).
